"This is truly the ultimate - of what I feel is a criminal Home Builder". This is in fact about Americas Home Place. According to this "document", ("the loan application" the bank sent prefilled with their letter), the information was given to the bank over the phone. I never spoke to the bank, until I called to stop the builder from being able to make draws on the account. The builder, handled the loan setup. I had good credit. And imagine this... I was in uniform.Clearly - a State Officer of the Law, and these people had the nerve to take liberties with my personal information and fabricate information against my financial instruments, "While I was under the color of law". They outright lied to the bank, to assure that the loan was approved, "for their own personal gain". If that's not enough; every phase of the job has had to be torn out, and re-done, due to poor substandard craftsmanship. But not immediately. They always spend a couple of months trying to push me into excepting the poor work, or demanding that they are going to proceed against my will, thus forcing me to mention that - "that" would be considered as criminal trespassing, and I'd call local law enforcement. If something has not been done under my direct supervision, or by me personally, it has been very wrong, or seriously substandard. Before I graduated from the Police Academy (with Honors), I had the privilege of living many experiences in life. I am also a skilled tradesman, and have enjoyed being licensed with the state of S.C. as a contractor. There is no part of building a house that I am not experienced in. My knowing how to build a house, and knowing the specifics of "quality", and craftsmanship, and the limitations thereof, was a problem for this 'builder'. They repeatedly tried to bully me into excepting poor & / or weathered products and poor, substandard and just plain awful looking craftsmanship. Only days after a joint meeting with the South Carolina Builders Commission, this builder contacted the mortgage company and told them to process the final loan, claiming my home was 70% completed. Folks... I only had a concrete slab. And to date, I still only have a concrete slab. With the Courts permission, I will include that audio tape in a package that I will mail to you free. My experience with them, and their sub-contractors, is all on tape. You don't have to believe me, the evidense speaks for itself. All you have to do is just look at the videos, and you can see exactly how this builder truly is. Their deception never ends. We went through arbitration June 21, 2005. And the builder was still being deceptive. And frankly, CAS (Construction Arbitration Services [the arbitration service listed on the builders contracts]) and the appointed arbitrator, were clearly in favor of (The Builder). After all, it is "Construction Arbitration Services". Take that with a grain of salt. CAS and the Arbitraror knows which side their bread is buttered on. To be clear about it; CAS and the Arbitraror, blatantly violated my rights to have evidence and my rights to have witnesses (ie:current and former employees) at the arbitration hearing, to testify in my favor. Because Courts favor arbitration [as it is written in law], the arbitrators award to this, again, what I feel is a criminal builder, was granted judgement. The Court of Common Pleas ignored my pleas to bring forth evidence that CAS, and the Arbitrator refused to subpoena. Signing the contract and agreeing to binding arbitration, as I did; if you have or do, you are just S.ČO.L. Unless we stand togeather in some type of class action Law Suit. To be clear if you see the word "Arbitration", "Binding Arbitration", or "Binding Mandatory Arbitration" in the builders contract, don't walk away; run.It always helps to have a video camera recording! So record everything - people.Any conversations you have with the builder needs to be recorded, as they do not like paperwork; try to get it in writing anyway. And FYI. If you're already under contract with them, you will unlikely get any paperwork from them now. Regardless of what you need it for. They like to commit their violations, but for obvious reasons, will not give you requested, demanded, or subpoenaed documents. It's just not going to happen. At your request, Video and audio clips and other facts will be mailed to you free."In the interest of the public".If you're planning on building a home, this information is must have.And let me repeat:I will mail it to you FREE..."I still get to honor the [Oath] I took, To Defend The Constitution, The Laws of This Great Land, and The Interest of The Public". I've been given permission from the Court to mail the video, audio, and "specifics" information to those who email me with an interest. I will go broke mailing the packages if need be. Ladies and Gentlemen, do yourself a favor. Avoid the burdens that this company has already made myself and so many others suffer. For your "Free" package or other information, you may: Email Me.
